Secure your blogs!

Hi guys, Sk8rman here.
As you probably know, many blogs have been hacked.

I'm here to give you a bit of information about this, and some tips to keep your blog from being hacked!

Most blogs that get hacked are promoters blogs, not always, but most likely, the blogs that are hacked are generally promoter's blogs.

To make sure your blog doesn't get hacked; follow a few security measures:

1. Change your Google Accounts passwords every few days, this makes it a lot harder for hackers.
2. For extra security measures, even try changing the email that your Google Account is associated with.
3. Don't accept new authors until this gets sorted out!
4. If you have an author on your blog whose blog has been hacked, I'd highly recommend removing them temporarily, as generally the hackers take over entire Google Accounts, not just blogs.
5. Every now and then, check your Gmail outbox, if you see something that you didn't send, you could have been hacked.

Hopefully this will keep your blog from being hacked guys!

Post your tips in the comment and I'll add them to a new help post!
